Wildlight Photography Workshops Terms and Conditions:

1. Tuition and Fees:

Participants registering for a workshop at least 30 days in advance will be required to provide a refundable* deposit equal to 25% of the workshops tuition. This deposit will be due within 5 days of receipt of emailed confirmation package. The remaining balance of the workshop tuition will be due 14 days prior to scheduled workshop.

Participants registering less than 30 days but more than 14 days in advance will be required to provide a refundable* deposit equal to 50% of the workshops tuition. This deposit will be due within 5 days of receipt of emailed confirmation package. The remaining balance of the workshop tuition will be due 14 days prior scheduled workshop.

Participants registering less than 14 days but more than 5 days in advance will be required to provide the full tuition due for registered workshop. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of emailed confirmation package.

Participants wishing to register less than 5 days prior to scheduled workshop must fill out the registration on the website as well as contact Wildlight Photography Workshops directly. Payment arrangements will be made over the phone or by email.

2. Refund and Cancelation Policy:

A. Day and Weekend workshops:

Wildlight Photography Workshops will grant a refund or credit provided the following terms are met. A 100% refund will be granted if the participant cancels in writing at least 5 days prior to their scheduled workshop. If the participant cancels in writing less than 5 days but more than 24 hours prior to their scheduled workshop. Then a full credit will be issued redeemable towards the enrollment of a future workshop. Any cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled workshop will result in a forefeiture of any fees paid.

B. Workshops where accommodations and or travel are     included in tuition fees:

Wildlight Photography Workshops will grant a refund or credit provided the following terms are met. A 100% refund will be granted if the participant cancels in writing at least 14 days prior to their scheduled workshop. If the participant cancels in writing less than 14 days but more than 5 days prior to their scheduled workshop, then a refund equal to 75% of fees paid will be issued. If the participant cancels in writing less than 5 days but more than 48 hours prior to their scheduled workshop. Then a credit equal to 75% of fees paid will be issued redeemable towards the enrollment of a future workshop. Any cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled workshop will result in a forefeiture of any fees paid.

C. Cancelations made by Wildlight Photography Workshops:

Wildlight Photography Workshops reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment, unsafe shooting conditions, or any other situation we deem necessary. If such an event were to occur we will notify all participants as soon as possible and refunds or credits will be made to the participant. Affected participants will have the option of a full refund or a credit redeemable towards a future workshop.

3. Waivers and Releases:

Prior to participating in any workshop, participants must read, agree to and sign all waivers and releases. Waivers and releases will be incuded with a confirmation email package.

4. Confirmation of Registration:

Participants will receive a confirmation email package within 48 hours of registering for a workshop. The Confirmation email package will include a copy of the information provided on the registration page, a PDF file of our Waivers and Releases, instructions on how to make payment, as well as a copy of these terms and conditions.

5. Modifications to these Terms and Conditions:

Wildlight Photography Workshops reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions, as well as make any exceptions to these terms and conditions. If there are changes made to any of these terms and conditions they will be posted on www.wildlightphotoworkshops.com. If you have registered for a workshop then a copy of the modified terms and conditions will be emailed to you.
